Aqua — that styling new villa in Oberoi launched their website today. Lots of eye candy here. Check this one out! 4 bedrooms, massive pool. Billiards, bar, steam room, etc., etc. This was designed by Gary Fell of Gfab — those guys are doing some great stuff right now.

The Villa Leha Leha website was re-launched this last week with a fresh new look and feel, new photographs and additional information. The new look is more in line with the quality and feel or the property and should serve them in good stead.
Leha Leha is a 4.5 bedroom villa in Sanur with a casual ambience. The villa has a great poolside chill-out area and a pool bar. The property is located on the north edge of Sanur, and is just a short distance from the beach. Leha Leha is marketed by BHM Villas.

Welcome to Villa Aqua - the newest lux villa in Oberoi. This stunning 4 bedroom creation is from Gfab architects and shows Bali a new modern twist on villa design. I just got in photos from the photographer and posted up a set over on Flickr. Check it out. Amazing place. Website for Villa Aqua is not launched yet, but will be up soon.

Took a little trip this last weekend to the neighboring island of Lombok. There’s been quite an uptick in interest in Lombok of late and some are trumpeting it as an up-and-coming area. I had not been in 10 years…
We went over to visit Villa Anandita, on Lombok’s north coast. The villa is next to the beautiful Hosaido Golf Course and right on the water. With a hectare to play with they did it right — built the villa back off the water and left a nice coconut plantation lawn (see pic above). The approach is not only environmentally sensitive, but it gives a nice mellow feel to the place. John Lincoln was the architect on this one and he did a great job.
We left rather impressed with the whole arrangement. With great facilities, the Gilis only 10 minutes away by boat, the golf course next door and the Oberoi right around corner, it’s positioned to be a winner. Stay tuned for more details on this one!

Today is the open house for the launch of the new Simona Oasis & Spa. There are a lot of nice villas on the island, but let me tell you, this place is something else. Built on an island in a rive in Canggu, the place is palatial and absolutely top of the line. A full spa facility is provide for guests, and a wide variety of other amenities. Each bedroom is equipped with stunning baths, iPod docs, LCD TVs and DVD players.
One of the keys to this place, though, is the staff. The property has an experienced and very senior staff with a full time manager and an excellent chef.
With top facilities, excellent service standards and a drop dead setting — Simona Oasis & Spa will be a favorite with the high end crowd and event planners.
